However when you try to cancel our Vouchers are non transferable, nor refundable, we have tried and our instructor looses income, other potential customers miss out. And we can’t find replacements last minute if reschedule outside of 24 hours of your lesson, and provide your next date available. If you simply cancel, you incur the total cost of lesson. We have tried.
